West Union Trenching is a seasonal employer. Typically, the majority of our employees are laid-off from January 1st through April 1st...and we are looking to add more skilled individuals to our team!
We are looking for hard working, full-time operators and laborers who aren't afraid of getting dirty and working long hours during the summer months. CDL is not required to be hired, but is expected within the first 90 days of employment. Knowledge of construction equipment is desired, but we are willing to train the right candidate. West Union Trenching is a drug free environment, pre-employment drug screening and random testing is required.
Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment, including uniforms, Insurance & Simple IRA
Salary is based upon experience and knowledge.

H.S.A. – The option of contributing money to an existing or new H.S.A. (Health Savings Account) is available at any time.
Vision Insurance: Vision insurance is offered to qualifying employees.

5-Day Work Week – No one call, no weekends.
On the Road Pay – Employees are paid $50.00 per night they are on the road. Lodging is also paid for while traveling.
Paid Drive Time – Paid from the time you arrive at the shop until you return to the shop.
